The HVAC Project Engineer is responsible for planning, executing, and managing HVAC projects from design through commissioning. The role includes coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Plan, execute, and monitor HVAC projects from initiation to completion.
- Review HVAC drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, MEP teams, and subcontractors.
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC systems.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Prepare BOQs, material submittals, technical documentation, and progress reports.
- Manage procurement activities and coordinate with suppliers for timely material delivery.
- Verify measurements, contractor bills, and project cost control.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, HVAC standards, and company procedures.
- Attend project meetings and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
