About the Role:
IndiaFilings is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to manage financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, and client advisory services. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of Indian taxation laws, accounting standards, and corporate compliance while delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts.
- Handle GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC, and other statutory filings.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST regulations, and other applicable laws.
- Manage tax planning, assessments, audits, and respond to notices from regulatory authorities.
- Provide financial advisory and compliance support to startups, SMEs, and corporate clients.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and management reports.
- Assist clients with company incorporation, annual compliance, and regulatory filings.
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and government departments for smooth execution of client deliverables.
- Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Stay updated with changes in taxation, accounting standards, and corporate laws.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC, and Companies Act.
- Expertise in financial reporting and statutory compliance.
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles and auditing standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
- 2 – 5 years of post-qualification experience in taxation, audit, compliance, or consulting.
- Experience in a CA firm, consulting firm, or financial services organization is preferred.

- Knowledge of MCA filings and corporate compliance.
