We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, calls, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of deals
- Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales (FMCG/Field Sales preferred)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools
- Ability to travel locally
