Position: Portfolio Manager-Real Estate Sales

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify, and manage leads to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Advise clients on residential and investment properties across East Bengaluru and other key markets.
- Build long-term relationships through trust, transparency, and consistent follow-up.
- Conduct property tours, negotiate offers, and close high-value transactions.
- Work closely with marketing and CRM teams to enhance client experience.
- Stay updated on market movements, trends, and real estate laws.
- Represent the Nestrov brand with professionalism, confidence, and integrity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales in Bengaluru.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High sense of ownership, presentation, and personal grooming.• Goal-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi, Kannada or other languages is an added advantage.
- Candidates with Driving license & Personal Vehicle preferred.
