We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to support international clients and maintain IT infrastructure across multiple environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in server administration, networking, cloud technologies, and ticketing systems while providing technical support to global users.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
- Monitor system performance, server uptime, and infrastructure health.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and user access.
- Provide Level 1/Level 2 technical support to international clients and end-users.
- Handle and resolve incidents, service requests, and escalations through ticketing tools.
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and network connectivity issues.
- Perform system backups, patch management, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Monitor and maintain cloud and virtualized environments.
- Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and IT procedures.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure timely issue resolution and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux Administration.
- Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Freshservice, or Zendesk.
- Experience supporting international clients.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Group Policy.
- Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, Firewalls, and Routing.
- Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization platforms.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer-service orientation.
