We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented SEO Team Head to lead our SEO team and drive organic growth across multiple websites and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, content strategy, and team management. The candidate will be responsible for creating SEO strategies, improving search rankings, increasing website traffic, and achieving business growth through organic channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple websites.
- Increase organic traffic, keyword rankings, and lead generation.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.
- Define monthly, quarterly, and annual SEO goals.
Technical SEO
- Perform complete website SEO audits.
- Improve Core Web Vitals and website performance.
- Optimize crawlability and indexability.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
On-Page SEO
- Optimize landing pages, blogs, and service pages.
- Perform keyword research and content mapping.
- Optimize Meta Titles, Meta Descriptions, Headers, Images, and Internal Linking.
- Improve CTR and user engagement.
Off-Page SEO
- Build high-quality backlinks using ethical SEO techniques.
- Monitor backlink quality and remove toxic links.
- Increase domain authority through quality link-building campaigns.
Content Strategy
- Collaborate with Content Writers and Designers.
- Prepare SEO content briefs.
- Ensure content follows SEO best practices.
- Identify new content opportunities based on keyword research.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track SEO performance using:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Search Console
- Google Tag Manager
- Ahrefs
- SEMrush
- Screaming Frog
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO reports.
- Present performance updates to management.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor SEO Executives.
- Assign daily and weekly tasks.
- Review team performance.
- Conduct training sessions.
- Ensure timely project delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with:
- Web Development Team
- UI/UX Team
- Content Team
- Social Media Team
- Performance Marketing Team
Preferred Experience
- 5–8 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading an SEO team.
- Experience handling multiple websites simultaneously.
- Experience in B2B, B2C, SaaS, E-commerce, or Agency environments.
- Proven track record of improving organic traffic and search engine rankings.
