Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails.
- Provide accurate information regarding company services and products.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English is mandatory.
- Fluency in Hindi will be considered an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Qualification:
- Any Degree from a recognized institution.
