Job Title: Human Resource Executive
Position Summary:
As an HR EXECUTIVE at Usha Fire Safety, you will be a pivotal member of the HR team, responsible for delivering comprehensive human resources support while spearheading the HR process. Your role will be crucial in attracting top talent, ensuring a positive employee experience, and aligning HR practices with the organization's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment :
- Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and the company’s official groups.
- Source and screen candidates through resumes, interviews, and other methods to evaluate their qualifications and fit for the role.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with Department heads.
Employee Onboarding and Orientation:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Conduct employee orientation to familiarize new hires with company policies, culture, and values.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure new employees have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
Learning and Development :
- Assess the training needs of the employees through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with managers.
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions for employees at all levels.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Organize team-building activities, events, to enhance employee morale.
Performance Management:
- Support the performance appraisal process, working closely with managers to ensure timely and constructive feedback.
HR Policy and Compliance:
- Stay updated on employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices specific to the marketing and service industry.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in line with organizational objectives.
- Conduct regular compliance audits to mitigate any potential risks.
- ESI PF Filings
HR Information System (HRMS) Management:
- Maintain and update the HRMS with accurate employee data, ensuring data integrity and security.(SAGE)
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making and strategic planning.
Exit Management:
- Oversee the offboarding process, conducting exit interviews and analysing feedback from departing employees.
- Use exit data to identify areas for improvement and implement retention strategies.
