We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Student Counselor to guide and support students in making informed decisions about their education and career paths. The ideal candidate will assist students with course selection, admissions, career planning, and overall academic development.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding educational programs, courses, and career opportunities.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds and career goals.
- Provide information about admissions, eligibility criteria, and application processes.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Maintain student records and counseling reports.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Conduct seminars, webinars, and career guidance sessions.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in student counseling, academic advising, sales, or customer support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,421.17 per month
