Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and responsible Dental Receptionist cum Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and be willing to assist both at the front desk and during dental procedures. Prior dental clinic experience is preferred but not mandatory as training will be provided.
Roles & Responsibilities
Reception & Administration
- Welcome patients warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and appointment enquiries.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
- Register new patients and maintain accurate patient records.
- Collect consultation and treatment payments and issue bills.
- Follow up with patients for pending treatments and review appointments.
- Coordinate with dental laboratories for cases and deliveries.
- Maintain daily appointment and collection reports.
Dental Assistant Duties
- Prepare the treatment room before every procedure.
- Assist the dentist during all dental procedures.
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols.
- Keep instruments and materials ready for treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness of the clinic and treatment areas.
- Monitor stock of dental materials and inform management when supplies are low.
- Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment. ()
Requirements
- any gender candidates preferred.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets/WhatsApp).
- Pleasant personality with a patient-friendly attitude.
- Punctual, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Previous experience in a dental clinic is an added advantage.
