About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and energetic HR Trainer / Corporate Trainer with 1–2 years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, or HR training. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, along with the confidence to engage employees across different departments, levels, and regional teams.
The role involves delivering induction programs, company culture training, POSH awareness sessions, workplace behavior training, employee engagement initiatives, and other HR learning programs across the Head Office and zonal locations.
Candidates who can join immediately and are willing to travel for training assignments will be preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesInduction, Soft Skills & Company Culture Training
- Conduct employee induction and onboarding sessions for new hires.
- Deliver OPPO's Culture Odyssey training program across Head Office and zonal locations.
- Educate employees on company values, workplace ethics, professional conduct, communication standards, and organizational culture.
- Use interactive learning methods such as case studies, role plays, group discussions, and practical activities to create an engaging learning experience.
POSH Awareness & Workplace Compliance
- Conduct POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) awareness sessions across departments.
- Educate employees on the POSH Act, company policies, Internal Committee (IC), reporting mechanisms, employee rights, and responsibilities.
- Promote a respectful, inclusive, and safe workplace through awareness and behavioral training.
- Address sensitive topics with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality.
Training Coordination & Zonal Support
- Travel to zonal locations across Karnataka to conduct training programs as per business requirements.
- Coordinate with HR teams, department heads, and zonal managers to schedule and execute training initiatives.
- Ensure consistency in delivering company policies, workplace conduct, compliance, and culture-related training across all locations.
Training Content & Reporting
- Develop and update training presentations, facilitator guides, case studies, learning materials, and participant handouts.
- Maintain training calendars, attendance records, feedback reports, and completion trackers.
- Analyze training effectiveness and share insights, observations, and recommendations with HR and management.
Employee Engagement & Learning Initiatives
- Support employee engagement programs and internal communication initiatives.
- Assist in organizing behavioral, functional, and role-based learning programs.
- Guide employees on workplace etiquette, communication, discipline, and company expectations to foster a positive work culture.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in HR Training, Corporate Training, Learning & Development, or Employee Development.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage and influence employees across different functions and organizational levels.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Office.
- Ability to design engaging learning content and deliver interactive training sessions.
- Fluency in Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, and Telugu is highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel to zonal locations as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Certification in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, Soft Skills, or Behavioral Training will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
