*Hiring: Spoken English & Communication Skills Trainer*
*Location*: Sarjapur Road, Bengaluru | *Mode*: On-site, Offline

We are looking for *2 English Trainers* to conduct a *Beginner-Level English Course* for university students.
*About the Course:*
- *Total Duration*: 70 hours per batch
- *Students*: 300 students across 6 batches | ∼50 students per batch
- *Frequency*: 1 day per week | 3 hours per trainer per day
_Day: Likely Friday or Saturday, to be finalized_
- *Engagement*: 1 to 1.5 years
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Conduct instructive classroom sessions for beginner learners
- Cover: Basic Grammar, Vocabulary Building, Reading & Writing Skills
- Spoken English & Conversation Practice
- Presentation Skills, Confidence Building Activities
- Group Discussions & Employability/Communication Skills
*Requirements:*
- Proven experience in teaching Spoken English / Communication Skills
- Strong command over English grammar, writing, and speaking
- Ability to handle large batches and conduct interactive sessions
*Compensation:*
*₹1,000 per hour* | *₹3,000 per day*
_Travel cost can be discussed if it is not too high_
- *Selection Process*: A *demo session at the university* will be required before final onboarding
#### *Compensation & Terms*
- *Employment Type*: On Multibhashi payroll, Freelance basis
- *Budget Note*: As this is an *offline role with travel*, the client’s budget is on the lower side initially.
- *Demo Charges*: We can discuss *demo fees as per your expectations* and will pay you for the demo session if feasible.
- *Long-term Scope*: If the demo is successful and the client is happy with your profile, we can discuss a *compensation* for the long-term engagement of 1-2 years.
- *TDS*: As per government policy, *10% TDS* will be deducted from the total payout. A TDS certificate will be provided for your tax filing.
