Key Responsibilities
- Program and operate CNC machines for jewelry manufacturing.
- Set up, calibrate, and monitor CNC machines to ensure accurate production.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and design specifications.
- Perform tool selection, offsets, and fixture setup.
- Conduct trial runs and inspect finished products for precision and quality.
- Troubleshoot machine and programming issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance.
- Coordinate with design, CAD, and production teams for smooth workflow.
- Maintain production logs and machine records.
Required Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Tool & Die, Production, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in CNC machine programming and operation.
- Experience in operating CNC machines and CAM software.
- Knowledge of technical drawings and CAD models.
- Strong attention to detail and precision machining.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in jewelry manufacturing industry preferred.
- Knowledge of micro-level precision machining.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures.
- Understanding of casting, polishing, and finishing processes is an advantage.
Work Environment
- Workshop/manufacturing environment.
- Rotational shifts may be required.
- Handling of delicate and high-value materials.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
