About the Role
Prismatica Health is hiring RCM Associates to join our US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management team. You'll work on medical billing, denial management, AR follow-up, and payment posting for US clients. Freshers with fluent, confident spoken English are welcome — full training on US RCM processes will be provided.
What You'll Do
- Charge entry, CPT/ICD-10 coding review, and claim submission
- Denial triage, appeals, and payer follow-up
- AR calling and aging follow-up with US payers
- ERA/EOB payment posting and reconciliation
- Maintain accuracy in weekly KPI, denial, and AR reporting
What We're Looking For
- Fluent, confident spoken English — comfortable communicating directly with US payers
- Freshers welcome; prior US healthcare RCM exposure is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of assigned accounts
- Comfortable working with HIPAA and data-security standards
- Willingness to work from our Ahmedabad office
