Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Technician to install, maintain, and repair solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with solar panel installation and troubleshooting, strong technical knowledge, and a commitment to renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install solar PV systems on rooftops and ground-mounted structures.
- Perform electrical wiring and connect solar panels to inverters and other system components.
- Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of solar systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues to ensure maximum system performance.
- Follow all safety protocols, regulations, and codes during installations.
- Document installation processes, system configurations, and service activities.
- Provide technical support to customers and educate them on system operation.
- Work closely with engineers, electricians, and other team members.
- Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
- (Bachelor's degree is a plus.)
- Certification in solar PV installation (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in solar installation and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and renewable energy technologies.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints.
- Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments.
- Valid driver’s license (if travel is required).Skills:
- Knowledge of solar energy systems and components.
- Familiarity with tools and safety equipment.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Effective communication and teamwork.
Physical Requirements:
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
- Ability to climb ladders, work on rooftops, and use safety harnesses.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
