Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Associate Architect to lead complex architectural projects from concept through execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong design leadership, project management capabilities, and the ability to mentor teams while ensuring design excellence and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead architectural projects across all design stages.
· Develop innovative design concepts aligned with client requirements.
· Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams.
· Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
· Manage project timelines, quality, and deliverables.
· Guide and mentor junior architects and design teams.
· Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.
· Attend client meetings and presentations.
· Required Skills
· Strong expertise in architectural design and planning.
· Excellent project coordination and leadership abilities.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation software.
· Strong communication and client management skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
· Qualifications
· Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
· Registered Architect preferred
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai)
