Director of Operations is responsible for the direct supervision of the hotel’s executive committee of Rooms, F&B, Engineering, Spa and Security and the indirect supervision of all hotel employees. The Director of Operations has ultimate responsibility for the overall satisfaction and achievement of the hotel’s goals.
Discuss with General Manager Delegate and establish operating budget and financial forecast for the hotel
Lead and guide the budgeting process of individual department and adhere to the established guidelines
Analyze monthly P&L and month-end reports, identify deviation from business plan goals
Executes F&B Marketing, Upselling, and operational activities, producing results that meet or exceed the hotel’s budgets
Efficient operation and cost control of all hotel departments and facilities
Hold daily Operations and Monthly Management meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals and develop the annual business plan related for all departments
Prepare and submit weekly reports to General Manager Delegate
Be ready and responsible for any job, which may be assigned by the Management.
Understand and enforce our “Guest Essentials”, vital to providing a consistent and distinctive brand experience for guests.

Manage and establish positive owner relations through proper and appropriate communications with the appointed Owner’s representative.
Follow appropriate protocol in communicating with the appointed Owner’ representative and keep General Manager Delegate informed of such communications
Lead and guide the concern Executive Committee team in driving the hotel revenue for all revenue centers to achieve goals and objectives set
Survey and analyze competition, market trends, guest mix and needs. Evaluate and recommend appropriate product/service and operational changes as necessary
Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations in your respective areas and departments
Be present to personally welcome key residents and patrons, and entertain key accounts’ representatives
Communicate in an effective and timely manner with General Manager Delegate which require his/her attention
Act as an Accor Heartist aiming to enhance the company image and market reputation.
Comply with established guidelines on the hotel organizational structure and reporting lines
Be visible around the hotel and show an active interest in our employees’ welfare
