Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels
Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify top industry talent
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
Partner with hiring managers and recruitment teams to understand workforce requirements
Screen and assess candidate profiles based on job specifications
Manage passive candidate engagement and employer branding initiatives
Maintain candidate databases, ATS records, and sourcing reports
Analyze sourcing metrics and prepare weekly and monthly recruitment dashboards
Mentor and guide junior sourcing specialists and recruiters
Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards
Pay: ₹79,000.00 - ₹89,000.00 per year
