About the Role
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in content strategy, social media marketing, campaign planning, and audience engagement. You will work closely with the creative team, photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and marketing team to create impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute monthly social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, manage, and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
- Create engaging content ideas, captions, and campaign concepts.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, photographers, and content creators to produce high-quality content.
- Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and platform updates.
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns and brand collaborations.
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns to maximize reach and conversions.
- Track performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Generate innovative ideas for product launches, campaigns, reels, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation and business objectives.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
- Excellent content planning and storytelling abilities.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and paid campaign management.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Experience in an advertising agency or creative agency is preferred.
- A strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
- Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative platforms.
- Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and content marketing strategies.
- Experience managing multiple brand accounts simultaneously.
Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
