Key Responsibilities
Material Sourcing & Procurement:
- Identify and source raw materials (TMT BAR, Runner Plywood, Shuttering Materials, Bulk Materials, Construction Related materials etc.
vendor Management:
- Compare vendors based on price, quality, delivery time, and past performance.
- Choose approved vendors for procurement.
Order Tracking & Logistics:
- Issue purchase orders (POs) and follow up to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies in quantity or quality.
Data & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate procurement records and generate reports on monthly purchases, cost savings, and supplier performance in ERP systems
