Experience: Six months or above in French language { voice preferred }
Salary: 30000K to 70000K
Shift: US rotational

Job description:
Handling inbound calls.
Helping the customers with the issues they have.
Handling the team in the absence of the team manager.
Maintaining CSAT & AHT.
Training the average & bottom performers of the team.
Training the nesting batches / new joinees in the team.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
