Senior Human Resources Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate interviews.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and joining documentation for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and profiles in HRMS ensuring data accuracy.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and missed punch communication with employees.
- Coordinate statutory compliance activities including EPF, ESI, UAN seeding, Gratuity, and Bonus.
- Support payroll processing by verifying attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Conduct and document committee meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) for management.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS reports, and dashboards related to manpower, attrition, and workforce data.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive and healthy workplace environment.
- Maintain strong employee relations and coordinate with department heads for HR-related activities.
