Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide counselling and emotional support to students.
- Assess and support students with behavioural, social, emotional, and learning needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special educators to develop individual support strategies.
- Conduct assessments, intervention plans, and progress monitoring.
- Organize awareness programmes on mental health, emotional well-being, and life skills.
- Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional counselling records.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Applied Psychology
