Summary/objective
We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientated sales coordinator to support the sales operations of our
Medical Devices division. The role involves managing quotations, customer coordination, tender
documentation, order processing, and sales support activities for government and private healthcare
institutions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination skills, excellent communication abilities, and the
capability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced sales environment.
Coordinate with Sales team for new business opportunities, customer follow-ups, and sales activities.
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, commercial proposals, and customer communication materials.
Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and lead status accurately.
Handle coordination with Government Institutes, Private Hospitals, Clinics, and Corporate Clients.
Process customer orders and coordinate internally for smooth execution and timely delivery.
Prepare and manage tender-related documentation including: o EMD letters o Performance certificates o Negotiation letters o Product write-ups and technical documents o Price benchmark documents o Vendor registration documents
Follow up with institutes/customers regarding tender submissions, approvals, payments, and documentation.
Coordinate with the accounts team for bank guarantee and payment-related activities.
Maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups, calls, and email communication.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests professionally.
Generate sales reports and support overall sales administration activities.
Share product updates and technical information with customers as required.
Role & Responsibilities
Experience
- Experience in dealing with government institutes, hospitals, clinics, and corporate customers.
- Familiarity with medical device sales processes and healthcare industry documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Qualification
2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or customer coordination roles.
Preferred experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare, Diagnostics, Pharma, or related industries
