Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight: Monitoring progress, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget, and coordinating with various teams.
Safety Management: Implementing and enforcing safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring all personnel use appropriate safety equipment.
Quality Control: Ensuring work meets the required standards and specifications, and addressing any issues that may arise.
Resource Management: Managing materials, equipment, and labor effectively.
Communication: Maintaining clear communication with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
Documentation: Keeping records of work progress, safety inspections, and other relevant information.
