Role & responsibilities
- Do partner & vendor onboardings and ensure smooth sales assistance
- Generate revenue by expanding into new cities and services
- Monitor, train and guide the sales team in onboarding partners as per requirements
- Lead the sales team in effectively addressing vendor concerns
- Mentor team members to improve partner handling and communication skills
- Handle escalated cases and ensure proper closure within defined timelines
- Define and analyze metrics and KPIs to efficiently track progress

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
