JOB AIM
To achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs at site with highest standards. Assist in providing comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management for technical services to client. Achieve Key Performance Indicators and service level agreements targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Management
a) To manage and control all critical spares for all installations as per manufacturer recommendations and inventory
b) To coordinate for work completion and follow up on vendor invoices.
Operations Management
a) To carry out all engineering & operational procedures
b) Ensure proper functioning of the following system in the facility
i. All Electrical Systems & Equipmnts
ii. All HVAC system
iii. All Pac’s
iv. Water, Plumbing, Sanitary Systems
v. Cafeteria equipment’s (Kitchen)
c) To liaise with the vendors for maintenance/service practices of M&E contactors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations.
d) To ensure that all maintenance related schedules & shut down in consultations with OEM & Site Lead are followed.
e) Daily inspection of log books, history card, checklist, escalation charts, OCP & PPM schedules etc for a better management of engineering systems
f) To ensure and guide the technical staff attends & work for closures for all F&S technical related issues in the facility.
g) To adhere to 52 weeks annual M&E maintenance schedule.
h) To maintain consistency on agreed SLA & KPI.
i) To participate during emergency evacuation procedure and manage all health & safety issues.
j) Prepare and collate data related to vendor performance and escalate as required.
Records Management
a) To ensure Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly records are prepared and sent to the chief engineer for all engineering related activities.
b) To update & maintain all records on a daily basis (Log books, History Cards, Equipment details, Service Reports, Incident Reports etc.)
Reporting Management
a) Daily Report – Service Report, SLA Report.
b) Monthly Report – Energy Report, IIEE Report, and major works carried out report & Equipment Status Report, LCD Projector Report.
c) Quarterly Report – Statutory Compliance Report.
