We need a passionate and highly creative Video Editor & Content Strategist who understands the psychology behind viral content.
The ideal person should:
- Know how to edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media videos
- Understand what types of hooks, transitions, scripts, captions, and storytelling work
- Know why some content goes viral and how to improve retention and engagement
- Be able to identify content opportunities from meetings, conversations, teachings, and day-to-day moments
- Turn one long video into multiple short-form content pieces
- Suggest better hooks, titles, and content ideas
- Be passionate, creative, and constantly learning about trends and virality
Required Skills:
- Experience with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, etc.
- Strong understanding of content performance, audience psychology, and social media trends
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
Experience:
- 1–3+ years of experience in video editing and content creation
- Portfolio of reels/shorts is mandatory
