Shantara Naturopathy Retreat is a premium wellness retreat launching in Kozhikode. We're a 60,000 sq ft facility on 4 acres with 52 luxury rooms and 2 specialty dining outlets, offering comprehensive wellness programs. Our positioning combines clinical wellness excellence with luxury hospitality standards.
Position Summary
Responsible for providing overall clinical leadership and medical governance of the wellness retreat, ensuring safe, ethical, high-quality, and patient-centered medical and wellness care.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide overall direction and supervision of medical, clinical, and wellness services.
· Establish and monitor clinical protocols, treatment standards, SOPs, and quality practices.
· Ensure safe, evidence-based, and personalized patient care in coordination with consultants and clinical teams.
· Lead and supervise RMO, consultants, specialists, and other medical professionals, including performance and clinical coordination.
· Review and monitor treatment plans, clinical outcomes, high-risk cases, and complex patient situations.
· Ensure effective systems for emergency response, patient safety, infection control, and clinical risk management.
· Coordinate with Nursing, Therapy, Dietetics, F&B and other departments for integrated patient care.
· Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, medical ethics, and policies.
· Conduct and review clinical audits, incidents, adverse events, and corrective actions to improve quality of care.
· Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation, medical records, consent, and reporting.
· Support medical training, clinical education, orientation, and continuous professional development.
· Address significant clinical concerns, complaints, and complex patient/family issues.
· Advise management on clinical strategy, medical staffing, services, equipment, risk, and quality improvement.
· Support development and standardization of integrated wellness, preventive, and therapeutic healthcare programs.
· Drive initiatives to improve clinical outcomes, patient safety, service quality, and overall patient experience.
Must Have
BNYS qualification from a recognized institution.
Valid professional registration.
Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical experience.
Experience in clinical leadership and team management.
Strong knowledge of patient safety, clinical protocols, and quality standards.
NABH experience preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
