Le Petit Farmer is building a digital ecosystem connecting agriculture, livestock, suppliers, service providers, businesses, institutions, and customers through one integrated platform. The ecosystem includes an e-commerce marketplace, services, auctions & tenders, B2B procurement, jobs, creator/influencer features, and other digital solutions.
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong experience designing modern e-commerce and marketplace platforms for web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually engaging web and mobile interfaces
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Design complete e-commerce journeys, including:
- Homepage & navigation
- Category & search pages
- Product listings
- Product detail pages
- Cart & checkout
- Vendor/seller storefronts
- Vendor dashboard
- Order tracking
- RFQ / B2B procurement
- Auctions & tenders
- Services marketplace
- User profiles & account dashboards
- Develop and maintain a scalable Design System and UI Component Library
- Ensure consistency across desktop, tablet, and mobile interfaces
- Work closely with the Product, Marketing, Business and Development teams
- Translate business requirements into clear and practical user experiences
- Prepare developer-ready Figma files, components, specifications, and interaction states
- Review implemented designs and support UI quality assurance
LPF is designed as more than a standard online store, combining marketplace commerce with services, procurement, auctions, talent, creator commerce, and AI-enabled experiences.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio in UI/UX, e-commerce, marketplace, SaaS or mobile app design
- Advanced knowledge of Figma
- Strong understanding of:
- UX principles
- User journeys
- Information architecture
- Responsive design
- Design systems
- Component-based UI
- E-commerce conversion principles
- Ability to design complex platforms while keeping the experience simple and user-friendly
- Strong attention to typography, spacing, hierarchy and visual consistency
- Good communication and ability to work collaboratively with developers
- Ability to manage feedback, revisions and deadlines
Preferred Experience
Experience designing any of the following will be a strong advantage:

We want a designer who is not only focused on making screens look good, but who can understand the business model, identify UX problems, simplify complex workflows, and design experiences that help users complete their goals efficiently.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
