Stalwart Laboratories is hiring Production Chemists (Shift Chemists) for our pharmaceutical intermediates manufacturing plant.
IMPORTANT: This position is in the PRODUCTION/MANUFACTURING department ONLY. QA/QC candidates need not apply.
WORK LOCATION (On-site, Non-negotiable):
Plot Nos. 292–296, Kadechur Industrial Area,
Kadechur Village, Yadagir Taluka & Dist,
Karnataka State – 585221, India.
Candidates MUST be willing to relocate to / work from Kadechur.
Responsibilities:
- Execute chemical reactions and manufacturing processes as per SOPs
- Monitor and control reactor operations: charging, heating, cooling, distillation, filtration
- Maintain accurate Batch Production Records (BPRs) and process documentation
- Conduct in-process quality checks and sampling as per QC protocols
- Ensure cGMP, safety, and environmental compliance during shift operations
- Handle raw materials, solvents, and reagents as per SDS guidelines
- Report deviations, equipment issues, and safety incidents
- Work in rotational shifts (day/night) as per production schedule
Requirements:
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry (Organic/Analytical/Industrial) or B.Pharmacy
- Freshers welcome; 1–2 years pharma production experience preferred
- Understanding of chemical reactions, unit operations, and GMP
- Willingness to work rotational shifts including nights
- NOTE: This is a Production role — NOT QA/QC
