Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Dealership Telesales Executive to manage sales communication and business coordination with automobile dealerships.
Our company is an authorized marketing and advertising agency/channel partner for multiple automobile companies. We provide dealership marketing, branding, promotional, and after-sales products/services to authorized dealerships.
The selected candidate will be responsible for calling dealerships, handling incoming enquiries, following up on requirements, converting leads into orders, and maintaining long-term dealership relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Call automobile dealerships to promote marketing, branding, promotional, and after-sales products.
- Handle incoming calls and enquiries received directly from dealerships.
- Follow up on parent company circulars and dealership communications for product requirements.
- Share product details, quotations, and order-related information with dealerships.
- Coordinate with Dealer Principals, Sales Managers, Service Managers, CRM teams, and Admin teams.
- Follow up for order confirmation, payment status, production, dispatch, and delivery.
- Maintain daily calling reports, lead trackers, follow-up status, and sales MIS.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and generate repeat business from existing dealerships.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities for additional dealership products.
- Coordinate with internal design, operations, production, and dispatch teams for timely order execution.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, B2B sales, customer relationship management, marketing agency, or automobile dealership sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with regular calling, follow-ups, and target-based work.
- Knowledge of automobile dealership operations will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, lead management, and sales reporting.
- Strong coordination and relationship-building skills.
