Job Description
We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to manage overall HR operations and statutory compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PF/ESIC, labour laws, employee management, and compliance handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity & statutory compliances
- Ensuring compliance with Labour Laws and company regulations
- Managing HR operations, attendance, payroll coordination & documentation
- Recruitment, onboarding & employee engagement activities
- Handling employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Preparing compliance reports and coordinating audits
- Maintaining HR records and legal documentation
Requirements
- 5–10 Years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC & Labour Laws
- Good communication & leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office & HR documentation
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
