Designation- cath Lab technician Responsibilities:
Prepare Cath Lab for procedures such as angiography and angioplasty
Assist cardiologist during procedures
Prepare catheters, stents, guide wires, and other equipment
Monitor patient vitals during procedures (ECG, BP, SpO₂)
Maintain sterile environment in Cath Lab
Operate Cath Lab machines and imaging systems
Follow radiation safety protocols
Maintain procedure records and equipment inventory
Requirements:
Diploma / BSc in Cardiac Technology, Cath Lab Technology, or related field
2–5 years experience in Cath Lab preferred
Knowledge of cardiac procedures and monitoring systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment
