As a No Code/ Low Code Configurator at Ascent, you will be designing, building, testing and deploying web & mobile applications that provide business solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for understanding business requirements, technical development and configuration, maintenance & updates.
2 - 4 years of Relevant Experience
- Master low-code & no-code technologies combined with modern software engineering practices to design and develop innovative web and mobile business applications
- The ideal candidate would be required to understand customer requirements & configure the NO-CODE Platform INNOVEO SKYE to realize the business functionalities.
- Experience in functional analysis, configuration of processes & dataflows
- Design, build, test and deploy applications that provide business solutions
- Follow established timelines, application development standards & quality processes
- Manage application design, development, enhancements, break-fixes, standard application changes and maintenance activities
- Perform peer reviews on deliverables
- Interact with clients, project manager / scrum master / tech lead, onsite & offshore BA & QA teams, support teams and other cross-functional teams
- Communicate with client stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements and to answer questions/clarifications
- Identify and mitigate risk/issues and escalate to project manager / scrum master / tech lead as required
- Handle real time issues occurred and troubleshoot to resolve and identify root causes
- Usage of best practices and procedures
- Very Good English Communication Skills
- Low code and no code application configuration/development experience with other vendors eg Unqork/ Outsystems/ Appian/ Mendix
- Low code and no code certifications with other vendors
- Deep understanding and experience of developing digital applications
- Experience in web development and understanding of web application architecture
- Experience in mobile app development
- Basic Understanding of SQL
- Basic Understanding of languages like HTML, JavaScript, CSS
- Basic Understanding of REST and SOAP integrations
- Experience working through the software development life cycle (waterfall/Agile) across all phases including design, development, testing, implementation, deployment, maintenance
- Strong track record of being a key individual contributor to a successful delivery on business applications
- Domain knowledge/ experience in either Insurance or Banking (preferable but not mandatory)
- Knowledge of coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build process, testing & operations
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
- Experience in test planning & execution
- Experience working in Agile Methodologies
- Ability to troubleshoot & debug issues
- Solid analytical and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability and eagerness to learn new technical skills quickly
- Ability to collaborate with others and work in a team environment (possibly remote) including analysts / developers / configurators / testers
- Experience with building proofs of concept
- Experience working in an onsite-offshore model
