We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and execution for our ERP product Cloudilya. The role focuses on driving B2B marketing initiatives, generating qualified leads, strengthening brand presence, and supporting the sales team in expanding our client base across educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic B2B marketing plans to promote Cloudilya ERP solutions.
- Identify target markets including universities, engineering colleges, and degree colleges across regions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing activities and sales goals.
- Plan and execute product promotion activities including webinars, seminars, conferences, and institutional visits.
- Create impactful marketing content such as case studies, brochures, presentations, and whitepapers tailored to the education sector.
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote BeeS Software Solutions’ offerings.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve lead conversion rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Mentor and guide junior marketing team members to improve performance and execution quality.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in software, ERP, or IT services.
- Strong understanding of education sector marketing (colleges/universities).
- Proven experience in lead generation and enterprise sales support.
- Experience in managing CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
