Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Sr Trainer to oversee the academic and operational activities of the branch. The ideal candidate should have experience in Data Science and Data Analytics training along with strong administrative, student management, and team coordination skills. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth branch operations, managing academic activities, supporting admissions, and driving student satisfaction and referrals.
Key Responsibilities Academic & Batch Management
- Ensure smooth execution of all batches on a daily basis.
- Manage batch scheduling, faculty coordination, classroom arrangements, and academic operations.
- Coordinate with trainers and students to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Monitor student attendance, performance, and overall academic progress.
- Handle the complete academic lifecycle of students.
Student Engagement & Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for students and resolve their concerns promptly.
- Collect and analyze student feedback and reviews to improve the learning experience.
- Maintain strong student relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Work on maximizing student referrals and retention.
Branch Operations
- Manage day-to-day branch operations efficiently.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies, infrastructure, and technical requirements.
- Monitor branch income and expenses and ensure operational efficiency.
- Implement and monitor organizational policies and maintain discipline within the branch.
Admissions & Sales Support
- Ensure all inquiries receive excellent service and support.
- Coordinate with the sales team for admissions-related activities.
- Assist in managing the admission process and student onboarding.
- Support branch growth initiatives and business objectives.
Event & Team Management
- Plan and coordinate academic events, workshops, seminars, and student engagement activities.
- Drive organizational initiatives and branch-level projects.
- Handle grievances professionally and provide effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve branch goals and targets.
Data Science & Data Analytics Expertise
- Deliver training sessions on Data Science and Data Analytics when required.
- Mentor students on Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Statistics, Machine Learning, and related technologies.
- Support curriculum enhancement and academic quality initiatives.
- Guide students on projects, assignments, and career development.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Statistics, Management, or a related field.
- 5 + years of experience as a Data Science/Data Analytics Trainer or in Academic Operations.
- Experience in student management, faculty coordination, or branch operations will be preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in EdTech, Training Institutes, or Educational Organizations.
- Ability to handle both training and operational responsibilities.
- Result-driven mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
