Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Meeting clients & determining requirements, giving them the best interior design solution for their home/commercial space, including but not limited to, quoting and detailed designing
- Transforming the building needs of the clients into realistic designs towards execution and or Production
- Ability to work on multiple design projects.
- Collaborating with other construction professionals and teams
- To own an end to end Project lifecycle.
Desired Profile:
- B.Arch/ M.Arch/ BE(Civil)/ Relevant Diploma.
- Minimum Experience of 1 year as an Interior Designer
Desired Skills:
- Excellent technical drawing skills, Material knowledge, Execution and PPT presentation
- Design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Project expertise in Creating BoQ for customers
- Experience in 3D modelling using Revit, 3D Max, Sketch up, Lumion or similar software
- Knowledge of building codes and local regulatory standards
- Strong creative and visualization skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
