- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards.
- Conduct regular stock taking and inventory checks to maintain accurate stock records.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Manage and supervise staff scheduling, attendance, and daily work assignments.
- Ensure efficient manpower utilization to meet operational requirements.
- Train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets.
- Prepare reports related to inventory, staff performance, and customer service activities.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
