Summary

Gephels is looking for talented SEO Specialist The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, on-page and off-page optimization, keyword strategy, and technical SEO. You will be responsible for improving organic visibility, driving qualified traffic, and supporting overall SEO strategies for multiple websites.

Roles & Responsibilities

Candidates will be involved in internal as well as client projects, so they will have excellent time management, organization and communication skills.
Understand client goals, create and execute strategies to exceed defined goals.
Have strong project management skills including demonstrated ability to think end-toend, manage long-term projects and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for growth.
Perform on-page optimization, including meta tags, header optimization, internal linking, and content recommendations.
Implement technical SEO best practices such as site audits, crawl optimization, index ability improvements, and site speed enhancements.
Manage off-page activities including link-building strategies and outreach.
Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO changes.
Monitor search engine trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Prepare monthly SEO reports and KPI summaries for clients or internal teams.
Review competitors and identify gaps and new ranking opportunities
Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Optimize website content for improved user experience and search engine visibility.

Qualification

MBA in Digital Marketing, B.E,MCA or a related field.
2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO.
Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
Ability to perform data-driven decision-making and strong analytical skills.
Experience in working with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or similar.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
