As we continue to expand, we are seeking two motivated and experienced Claims Consultants to join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering outstanding claims support to our clients.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established brokerage with strong growth potential and long-term career prospects. You will assist in managing claims from lodgement through to resolution, ensuring clients receive professional, responsive, and empathetic service throughout the claims process whilst working within a small team and helping clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing claims from lodgement through to finalisation
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, assessors, and third parties
- Provide clear and professional support via phone and email
- Review documentation and ensure claims are processed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain detailed file notes and follow up on outstanding information
- Support negotiations and help facilitate timely claim outcomes
- Deliver high-quality customer service aligned with company standards
- Meet service levels and internal performance expectations
About You
- Previous experience as a Claims Consultant or Claims Handler is highly desirable
- Candidates with insurance industry experience, call centre experience, or a strong customer-facing background are also encouraged to apply
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong professional email etiquette and communication ability
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
