Role Overview
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the doors and windows segment. The role involves coordinating with architects, builders, homeowners, and channel partners to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, builders, architects, and contractors.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable doors and window solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, site visits, and follow-ups with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and installation updates.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and sales abilities
- Customer relationship management skills
- Knowledge of building materials/interior solutions is preferred
- Problem-solving and client handling skills
- Ability to work under targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in sales, customer relationship management, or building materials industry preferred
- Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in doors, windows, interiors, real estate, or construction sales
- Strong local market network with builders and architects
- Self-motivated and target-driven
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
