Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Design and implement robust backend services, APIs, and database structures.
- Convert UI/UX designs into responsive and interactive frontend components.
- Integrate frontend with backend services to ensure seamless functionality.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across devices.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of experience in full-stack development.
- Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of database design, queries, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Understanding of responsive design, UI/UX principles, and web performance best practices.
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux or similar) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
