Growth Marketer: Field Service SaaS (Xero Integration + New Market Expansion)
Location: Remote must have working hours overlapping Australia/NZ/UK
The mission
First 90 days Xero: Get us our first Xero-connected customers and a live Xero App Store listing, building the foundation for growth in the Australia / New Zealand / UK markets where Xero is dominant.
Beyond 90 days — New verticals: Help us launch and grow new product offerings aimed at adjacent markets and industries. You'll play a key role in identifying where demand is, validating new segments, and building the early go-to-market motion for products beyond our core platform.
What you'll do
Phase 1 — Xero (priority #1):
- Find and onboard Xero-using field service businesses as customers.
- Build and run outreach to Xero-certified bookkeepers and accountants (via the Xero Advisor Directory, LinkedIn, and industry associations) who serve trades clients — our highest-leverage referral channel.
- Engage trade communities (Facebook groups, Reddit, forums) in AU/NZ/UK as a founder-friendly voice, not a spammer.
- Own our Xero App Store listing — copy, screenshots, optimization, and reviews.
- Set up and manage outbound — email sequences, follow-ups, CRM hygiene, booking demos.
Phase 2 — New market expansion:
- Research and validate new vertical markets — talk to prospects, size demand, identify pain points before we invest in building.
- Develop early go-to-market plans for new product offerings — messaging, channels, target customer profiles.
- Run lead generation and outreach for new segments as they launch.
Always:
- Run small experiments across channels (content, SEO landing pages, paid search, partnerships) and double down on what converts.
- Report weekly on pipeline, conversions, and what's working.
What you bring
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS growth, partnerships, or sales development — ideally for SMB/trades or vertical software.
- Familiarity with the Xero ecosystem (Advisor Directory, App Store, partner program) is a major plus.
- Strong outbound and relationship-building skills — you're comfortable cold-emailing a prospect or bookkeeper and getting a reply.
- A knack for market research and validation — you can talk to customers, spot patterns, and tell us where the real demand is.
- Knowledge of the AU/NZ/UK and US SMB landscapes.
- Self-directed, scrappy, comfortable owning outcomes with minimal oversight.
Nice to have
- Existing relationships with bookkeepers, accountants, or trade associations.
- Content/copywriting ability (landing pages, listings, posts).
- Light familiarity with CRM and email tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly, etc.).
How we measure success
- Month 1–3: First 3+ Xero-connected customers onboarded; App Store listing live.
- Month 3–6: A validated new vertical with early pipeline and a go-to-market plan in motion.
- Ongoing: Repeatable customer acquisition across both our core market and new segments.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
