Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales and client acquisition in the corporate gifting segment. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with corporate clients, understanding gifting requirements, and closing business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the corporate gifting market
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HRs, Admin teams, Procurement teams, and corporate decision-makers
- Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and client meetings
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable gifting solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for timely execution and delivery
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to payment collection
- Maintain client database and sales reports using CRM tools
- Stay updated on market trends, festive gifting demands, and competitor activities
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in B2B sales/business development
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Good presentation and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in corporate gifting, advertising, branding, events, or promotional products is preferred
