About the Role
White Collar Realty is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the organization's overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and outbound communication.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide business performance updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
