Position Summary
The Brand Promoter Supervisor is responsible for overseeing on-ground brand promotional activities, managing a team of brand promoters/in-shop demonstrators, and driving brand visibility across modern trade, general trade, and retail outlets across the entire North region.
This role serves as the bridge between regional sales/marketing teams and field execution. The supervisor ensures promoter productivity, accurate stock/merchandising execution, real-time reporting via digital tools, and strict adherence to brand guidelines. The ideal candidate will combine strong field leadership, inventory/booth management, and sharp observational skills to maximize footfall conversion and customer engagement.
Principal Responsibilities1. Field Team Management & Rostering
- Recruit, train, and deploy brand promoters across key retail outlets, events, and modern trade stores across North.
- Manage daily attendance, shift rosters, route plans, and grooming/dress-code compliance for the promoter team.
- Conduct regular on-site audits to evaluate promoter pitch quality, customer engagement, and product knowledge.
2. Campaign Execution & Merchandising Governance
- Supervise the setup and maintenance of promotional displays, POSM (Point of Sale Materials), standees, and sampling kiosks.
- Ensure maximum Planogram (POG) compliance and share of shelf (SOS) at target retail outlets.
- Coordinate with store managers to resolve space allocation, display maintenance, and sampling permission issues.
3. Stock & Inventory Management
- Track promoter stock levels, tester/sample usage, and promotional gift inventory to prevent stockouts during peak shifts.
- Reconcile daily sampling inventory against consumer footfall and sales conversion figures.
- Coordinate with distributors and store stockists to ensure adequate product availability during active campaigns.
4. Daily Reporting & Analytics
- Consolidate daily sales, sampling logs, footfall trends, and consumer feedback into structured MIS reports.
- Utilize sales force automation (SFA) or promoter tracking apps to log real-time attendance, store visit photos, and stock status.
- Conduct competitor analysis—tracking rival promotional schemes, new product launches, and pricing shifts across key Delhi markets.
5. Training & Performance Motivation
- Provide ongoing product knowledge training, sales pitch coaching, and objection-handling tactics to promoters.
- Set daily/weekly sales and engagement targets for the promoter team and drive incentive programs to maintain high morale.
Knowledge, Skills & ExperienceEducation & Experience
- Education: Graduate in Any Discipline (Commerce, Business, or Marketing preferred).
- Experience: 3–5 years of field experience in trade marketing, promoter supervision, or retail execution—preferably within FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Beauty/Personal Care, or Retail/Apparel.
Technical & Field Skills
- Territory Knowledge: In-depth familiarity with Delhi NCR retail hubs, modern trade chains (e.g., Reliance, DMart, Spencers), and major general trade markets.
- Software/Reporting: Proficiency in MS Excel (data logging, basic formulas) and hands-on experience using mobile field-force apps/promoter management tools.
- Core Competencies: Strong team leadership, active problem-solving, high mobility, and fluent communication in Hindi and functional English.
Other Attributes
- High energy with a willingness to travel extensively within North region (daily store visits).
- Ability to work flexibly during peak weekend retail hours and promotional events.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & Goals
- Attendance & Audit Coverage: Maintain 95%+ daily promoter attendance and complete a minimum of 4–6 store audits daily.
- Target Achievement: Drive team performance to achieve 100% of campaign-specific sampling and secondary sales conversion targets.
- Merchandising Compliance: Ensure 100% display/POSM setup compliance across all assigned outlets within 24 hours of campaign launch.
- Data Accuracy & Reporting: Submit zero-error daily field MIS reports and app logs by end-of-day.
- Stockout Prevention: Maintain zero campaign downtime due to stockout of promotional materials, testers, or samples.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
