Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets for Flavours

Proactively work closely with cross functional teams of Sacheerome to translate opportunities into actionable plans.

Build and maintain relationship with customers and keep abreast of trade developments, competition, emerging consumer behaviors and flavouring trends

Rolling sales/ demand forecast of the entire range

Prepare market share analysis, Industry segment business analysis - Vertical-wise and product wise, Achievement of regional sales budget, new business acquisition

Maintain updated knowledge of flavour product launches, share products’ information with the customers

Managing the entire sales process from offers, samples, orders to final delivery, guaranteeing at all times quality sales and service, optimizing business with current customers.

Mentor subordinates to help them achieve individual & team objectives
