Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Area Sales Manager with a pharmacy background to lead sales operations, manage a team of medical representatives, and drive revenue growth within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Sales: Achieve territory sales targets and expand the distribution network.
Lead Team: Mentor, train, and monitor the performance of Medical Representatives.
Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with doctors, stockists, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Market Insights: Track competitor activity and market trends to optimize sales strategies.
Key Requirements
Education: B.Pharm / Pharm.D degree (mandatory).
Experience: 1 to 2 years in pharma sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Skills: Strong medical/product knowledge, leadership, negotiation, and territory management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
