Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing and screening resumes.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
- Assist in attendance and leave management.
- Help in preparing HR reports and MIS.
- Support payroll-related documentation and employee data management.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and events.
- Handle HR administrative tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
Eligibility:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and labour laws.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
